The accommodation is on three floors:
Ground Floor
- Large open plan sitting room/dining space. The sitting room is furnished with 4 large comfortable sofas. The dining area has a large table which will seat 8 people
- Floor to ceiling sliding windows run the length of the house and open onto the furnished verandha, garden and swimming pool
- Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and washing machine. Side door to car port
- Guest bathroom
- Elevator and stairs to First and Second floors
- Air conditioning in the living and dining room
First Floor
- Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with Kingsize bed and en suite bathroom. Door to furnished balcony facing the pool and river
- Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with Kingsize bed and en suite bathroom. Door to furnished balcony overlooking the mangroves and river.
Second Floor
- Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with Kingsize bed and en suite bathroom. Door to balcony facing the pool and river
- Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned with Kingsize bed. There is a dressing room and en suite bathroom. Door to furnished balcony facing the pool and river
Outside
- There is a drive way to the rear of house and a covered carport with a door into the kitchen. Patio doors open onto the verandah and lawned garden. The swimming pool and paved sunbathing area are located directly on the river bank. There is a gazebo with a picnic bench and seating.
